Victoria has deep expertise in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Financial Services, and Family Businesses, helping build investment teams, high-yield management teams, and advising funds globally. She began her executive search career at PER, leading the firm’s expansion into Latin America and managing projects across Asia, Europe, the UK, and Mexico. Following PER, she was an Associate Principal in Industrial, Energy and Private Equity at Heidrick and Struggles, and later served as Principal at CTPartners, where she helped establish the firm’s Financial Services, Private Equity, and Energy Practice in Mexico City. Afterwards, as a Partner at Caldwell, she specialized in financial services, private equity, and industrial practice areas. Before joining August Leadership, Victoria founded Hyde & Seek, an executive search and leadership advisory firm.

A Certified Independent Chair and board recruiter, Victoria is known for structuring high-performing boards, standardizing processes, and fostering operational alignment. She is also a trusted coach to CEOs, helping leaders navigate complex challenges and drive sustainable growth. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Universidad Alcalá de Henares in Madrid, where she graduated with honors.
