Prior to executive search, Faith spent over 20 years as an Intelligence Analyst supporting Defense, National Security and Law Enforcement agencies. She began her career as a Cryptologic Analyst in the U.S. Air Force working under the National Security Agency. Faith has deployed to both Afghanistan, in support of International Security Assistance Forces and the Army Material Command (AMC), and Iraq to support the U.S. withdrawal, also in support of AMC. Faith served the Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), where she specialized in trade-based money laundering (TBML), gold smuggling, wildlife trafficking, and weapons smuggling. Faith supported HSI’s Trade Transparency Unit, which includes 19 foreign-partner countries delivering expert training to law enforcement agencies in Bolivia, Columbia, Ecuador, Panama, and the United Kingdom. Faith is a member of Women In Defense, a proud affiliate of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). She holds a degree in International Relations and Foreign Policy from American University School of International Service.
