Prior to joining August Leadership, Lee was the Founder and Managing Partner of Holliday Partners, a leading boutique executive search firm specializing in diversity recruitment. Under his leadership, the firm earned a reputation as the go-to partner for identifying and placing high-impact, underrepresented talent into critical roles at many of the world’s most respected organizations. Lee began his career in the entertainment industry at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), the foremost global talent agency. He initially drove commercial endorsement opportunities for the roster of high-profile clients before transitioning into the Motion Picture Talent division, where he played a central role in managing and advancing the careers of A-list actors and actresses in major feature films. Lee holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston University, where he attended as a full-scholarship athlete (football). He currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida with his wife and daughter
