Ahmad has consistently redefined HR by integrating human-centric approaches with digital advancements. He has collaborated closely with global and local boards, CEOs and corporate leadership teams to design and strengthen bespoke solutions around Organizational Design, Employee Engagement and Experience, Industrial Relations, Diversity, Inclusion and HR Technology adoption. Before joining August Leadership, Ahmad held senior HR Leadership roles at Unilever (Middle East and Pakistan), GSK, Ali Bin Ali Group (Qatar), Muller & Phipps and HRSG, where he successfully led and implemented major HR transformations. He also brings early-career experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and QA at Procter & Gamble (P&G), 3M, KFC and Pfizer. More recently, he served as a retained HR Business Partner at Gas & Oil (GO) Pakistan, aligning its HR Systems and Policies with Saudi ARAMCO’s global standards post-JV, and has led strategic HR initiatives for some of the region’s most prominent corporate brands.
