She began her career in Toronto, Canada with one of the big 6 financial institutions, TD bank, and worked for 6 years before moving to Pakistan, where she switched careers to executive search.

Faiza initially joined August Leadership as a Consultant in 2005. During her term of 9 years, she expanded the team, and streamlined operations while actively working on executive search and consulting mandates.

She then moved on to a corporate role, transitioning to LCI Pakistan Limited (US $ 500m), and most recently with K-Electric as Director HR, Head of Centre of Expertise, making significant strides within the realm of HR.

Faiza has worked extensively on Employer Value Propositions enhancing brand image for the organizations she has worked for, as well as championing all DEI initiatives cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
