Nathalie has extensive experience of leadership recruiting across the MENA region over the past 15 years with a focus on consumer businesses and technology, including retail, ecommerce, marketplaces (real estate, classifieds and auto) , proptech and financial services/fintech businesses.
Most recently she launched and ran the MENA branch of a US HQ’d search firm based out of Dubai, and prior to that headed the people functions at Property Finder and Dubizzle.
Further to this intimate local knowledge, she brings an international and investment perspective having worked in Investment Banking for over 15 years for the likes of Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse First Boston in London.
