Marina’s expertise lies in providing top talent & hiring strategies to her clients that are experiencing fast growth, either through M&A or entering new global markets.

Prior to joining August Leadership, Marina was Global Head of Talent Acquisition for the largest entertainment marketing agency globally where she was responsible for hiring the leadership talent across the enterprise.

She also helped with hiring leadership for the growth of the organization through M&A, and new offices in new markets globally. Formally, Marina was the Founder and CEO of an executive search firm that specialized in working with clients in the video games, media and entertainment, and advertising industries.
