With August Leadership, Ms. Goodlet recruits for and advises companies in the Global Technology, Financial Services (FinTech), and Life Sciences & Healthcare (MedTech and Healthcare Tech) industries. She has extensive experience recruiting for global leadership roles in Sales, Human Resources, as well as Board of Directors. She is passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Women in STEM initiatives, and leverages inclusive hiring practices to provide the best possible results for her clients.
Prior to joining August Leadership, Ms. Goodlet was a member of other global executive search and advisory firms, where she recruited key leaders and board directors, specializing in succession planning, leadership development, and executive coaching. Ms. Goodlet started her career in sales and consulting roles in the technology industry, with global, publicly-traded organizations.
She believes in community service. She is an active member of the International Women’s Forum, an organization dedicated to fostering the advancement of women in leadership at the executive and board levels. Ms. Goodlet volunteers for Technation (formerly the IT Association of Canada), where she has served as a member of the “Women on Boards” and “Future of Work” initiatives for the industry. She facilitates a CHRO peer group, representing over 15 different industries, and has recently joined the Board of Directors of Fighting Blindness Canada, as a member of its Executive and Governance & Talent Committees.
