Talat Shirazi Goldie brings 35 years of depth and experience in Human Resources, having worked in global corporate HR leadership roles across industries ranging from Oil and Gas, Aviation, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Private Equity, Construction and Manufacturing, Education, and Real Estate Development. As a trusted advisor to her clients, Talat specializes in organizational and leadership development, restructuring and advisory, with a focus on HR preparation for public offerings. Talat has lived and worked extensively within the UAE.
Before she transitioned into HR consultancy and leadership development, Talat held a long line of senior HR leadership roles as the CHRO for Taleem, Group HR Director for Bukhatir Group, Vice President HR for Gulf Capital, VP and Head of HR for Gulf Related, and CHRO for News Group International. Her previous positions include HR Director for EFECO Arabtec, HR Director and Vice President for Exeed Industries, Corporate HR Director for Drake and Scull, SVP HR for Abraaj Capital, HR Director and Board Member for GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan, Head of HR for BP Pakistan Exploration and Production Inc. and Head of Cabin Services for British Airways.
Talat has received various international HR leadership awards, has been shortlisted as a Judge for the International Business and Leadership Awards by Arcet Global in 2020, and has authored several HR-related articles on LinkedIn - where she has over 15 thousand followers. She is also a member of the Worldwide Association of Female Professionals and has completed various leadership programs and certifications from Cornell University, London Business School, the Center for Executive Coaching and IMD.
