Linda has over 20 years of executive search, advertising, marketing, life sciences, and nonprofit industry experience. Her clients range from small companies and start-ups to large corporations, global agencies and marketing service firms. Linda considers her broad experience and relationships integral to conducting senior-level searches within the marketing, media, healthcare, technology and communications industries. Clients value her insights and experience resulting from her years spent in the advertising and marketing industry. She establishes strong relationships with her clients and works to understand their needs, ultimately resulting in a great partnership for everyone.
Previously, Linda was President of Stephen-Bradford Search, a boutique search firm, where she led the advertising, media, marketing, market research and technology practices. She was also responsible for providing the firm’s clients with insights and direction on evolving their organizational structures and capabilities. Linda’s search career was preceded by a successful career in advertising and marketing, during which she worked at several global agencies, including Grey, Bozell and Arnold WW. In this capacity, she had the benefit of partnering with major blue-chip clients, such as Kraft, Revlon, BASF and Procter & Gamble, as well as leading healthcare companies, Novartis and SmithKline Beecham.
Linda is involved in multiple mentoring programs for young executives and individuals entering the work force. In her free time, you’re most apt to find her immersed in New York’s vibrant art scene or chasing a ball on the tennis court.
