Kathy has more than 25 years of executive search experience in the financial services industry. She approaches the hiring of executives and board members through a global lens, and her commitment to diversity and inclusion, women’s equality, and compliance with ESG standards is at the forefront of her work
Kathy’s search work has spanned the U.S., Europe, and China. She is a trusted provider of solution-based results for her clients. As a Partner at the Warren Enskat Group, she specialized in global investment team lift-outs and strategic partnerships within the asset management space.
She was a founding member of the New York office of Sheffield Haworth, a London-based search firm, where she established the asset management practice de novo. Kathy additionally co-founded a reputation intelligence app that measured reputation risk for the C-suite community. In addition, she established a Women’s Board Practice at a major strategic communications consulting firm. Outside of executive search, Kathy established the U.S. presence for the Yihai Group, a Beijing based real estate developer. In this capacity she managed their property holdings and a portfolio of businesses in the U.S. This included the facilitation of introductions to potential co-investors, construction companies and real estate developers in the U.S. She additionally served as the firm’s representative at The Partnership for New York and the National Committee for U.S. China Relations.
Kathy serves on the Board of SKIP of New York (Sick Kids Need Involved People), an organization that acts as a free medical concierge, connecting children to the services and equipment they need to get well and live at home, rather than at hospitals and institutions. She has been a long-term member of the UN Women USA NY and Fight SMA boards
