Prior to August Leadership, Jimson was Regional Managing Partner for Life-sciences and Healthcare for Heidrick & Struggles, leading Japan, Asia, Australia/NZ, and Middle-East. Previously, he was holding the same role in Asia for Egon-Zehnder International, working with clients in establishing their regional office and Asian organizations.

Before Executive Search, Jimson was Regional General Manager for Baxter Healthcare, leading growth through acquisition, geographic expansions, manufacturing investments, and organizational team building. He has held prior roles in Abbott and Serono as regional director, general manager, and business development. He started his career with Singapore Biotech (part of Temasek Holdings).

Jimson has lived in US, Switzerland, and Thailand besides Singapore. He enjoys cultures, travel, and is active in social causes.
