He has over 30 years of international experience, including 25 years spent living and working in Asia.

Jason began his career in executive search with Spencer Stuart and later co-founded a successful boutique search firm, Reed Hamilton, with offices in Singapore and Hong Kong. Over the course of his search career, he has placed over 130 senior professionals, including chief executives, financial & risk officers, technology, infosec and data heads, sales & marketing leaders, and digital & transformation experts.

Prior to executive search, Jason spent 15 years in management consulting and financial services, where he had the opportunity to work with prestigious firms such as McKinsey & Company, the Fortress Investment Group, Goldman Sachs, and GE Capital.

Jason holds a degree in Japanese studies from the University of Florida and a Certificate of Professional Development from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
