His 20+ years as a private pilot flying all over North America in support of his career has been an important part of his success as an Executive Recruiter.

Craig attended college at the University of Colorado while simultaneously competing and ultimately achieving the #1 US team ranking in the mogul skiing discipline on the World Cup Freestyle Skiing Circuit. After graduation he soon rose to Eastern Advertising Director leading Outside Magazine's New York office before relaunching another publication and ultimately creating one of the country's first Web development agencies designing, building, managing and marketing sites for Nike, Columbia Sportswear, Swiss Army Brands, Xerox and dozens of other companies. He hired and managed scores of employees before joining boutique Executive Recruiting McDermott & Bull to create the Aviation & Aerospace practice in partnership with the company's owner and founder. He was recruited to ZRG Partners, creating a thriving General Aviation focused practice before being recruited by a client to lead the sales team at Epic Aircraft.

Craig has served on half a dozen boards over the years primarily focused in education, youth and family services and community outreach. He and his wife Michelle are proud parents of 4 grown children. They continue to be passionate athletes enjoying a variety of sports in their free time.
