Claire has spent seventeen years in executive search and focuses on leadership positions in consumer, industrial and professional services.
She has a particular focus on diversity and inclusion and has undertaken multiple long-term projects with clients to accelerate progress in this area and speaks regularly at client events to encourage a more unorthodox approach to finding diverse talent. Her clients span multinationals, private equity and family offices.
Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Claire spent ten years with Russell Reynolds Associates in both Singapore and London and worked on multi region searches given her network in Asia and the UK. She also works with clients across a range of sectors on senior functional roles spanning supply chain, marketing, sales, innovation and HR. She has led multiple Leadership and Succession projects in London and Singapore where the challenges of building a high performing team often differ.
Prior to moving into search, Claire spent ten years with Accenture focusing on strategy, process redesign and organisational change.
Claire holds an MA in Modern Languages from Oxford University and speaks fluent French.
