Carolyn Boyle

Carolyn has held roles within the technology practices of Heidrick & Struggles, Korn Ferry, and Spencer Stuart. She began her executive search career with Korn Ferry in Australia, then continued with Heidrick & Struggles in Sydney before moving to the firm’s Japan and later United States offices. She spent more than two decades on the West Coast leading technology searches. She led executive search across the Americas for Expedia NS and subsequently served as a Senior Partner at Parker Remick, a retained boutique in Seattle focused on technology leadership globally.

Her search work has included Chief Technology Officer, Chief AI and Data Officer, Chief Product Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, Chief Design Officer, and other senior technology leadership roles. Carolyn believes in the transformative impact of placing exceptional technology leaders who drive innovation and growth. She holds a BA with Honors from the University of Melbourne.
