As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the B2B marketing strategy, content planning, creative action plans, budget of the marketing department, and work organization of the team members. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, you will provide support and execute our global marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams and Partners, and leverage analytics, research, and development to adjust the marketing plan, while delivering on the overall marketing objectives for the company.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Creatively participate in the development of the B2B marketing strategy and the annual planning of the firm’s objectives according to the strategic orientations and business objectives of AL
• Participate in market analysis to identify challenges and growth opportunities
• Prepare and manage the implementation of creative marketing action plans
• Prepare and manage the budget of the marketing department
• Establish priorities and manage the work organization of its team members
• Oversee the creation of marketing content in collaboration with the Marketing team and Partners
• Ensure that the quality and creativeness of materials (collaterals, marketing, and communication campaigns) meet corporate premium standards
• Track competitive activities and B2B trends
• Be aware of the latest trends and best practices in marketing WW
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, partners, analytics, research and development to define and monitor the player journey by assessing the best possible platforms, identifying where the conversations are happening and how we can leverage the feedback to drive awareness and adjust the marketing plan. Ultimately creating clear briefs for internal departments and agencies
• Tracking all marketing activity and being able to provide capable analysis and guidance that results in identifying areas for improvement
• Drive weekly syncs between brand, campaign, and key partners to achieve strategic objectives and future content planning


  • Have at least 8+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager, for a Service marketing team management and 2 years in a creative agency
  • Business/Marketing Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Experience in brand management, brand strategy, product marketing or marketing operations
  • Skilled in analytical and critical thinking with the ability to assess KPI data and focus on ROI metrics
  • Self-motivated, detailed oriented, independent, organized and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple business units and product teams
  • Great teammate with strong collaboration skills who is comfortable with open and consistent communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Proven creativity skills
  • Have solid expertise in topics related to digital marketing and communication
  • Demonstrate great ability to lead and mobilize your team members
  • Show leadership, rigor, and attention to detail
  • Writing skills and fluent in English for communicating and localizing marketing content
